I am writing today to express my gratitude and thanks to Progressive Insurance for the wonderful service I received after my Christmas Eve accident. I was hit in a parking lot on December 24th by another progressive customer who backed out of a parking space.

Within one hour of my report to the company, I was called by Emily in Rhode Island who inquired about my well-being and who explained the procedure.

After the holidays, she contacted me and informed me that after reviewing all reports, I would be fully taken care of with no deductible and an Enterprise car would be provided to me at no charge.

I selected your auto body in Westerly and was so happy I did. Barney Caddick owner of Sal’s Auto Body is indeed an asset and a fine partner to your company. He treated me so well and the work was superbly done!

The Westerly Enterprise Rental agents were courteous and very accommodating to me.
